| It is truly remarkable
just how much work can go into a refit. The transformation of a
127’ Delta Marine motor yacht into the 132’ “Life
of Riley” was surely was one of the most extensive ever completed
on a relatively new vessel and has resulted in a yacht that is totally
transformed both inside and out.
The yacht was originally built at Delta in 1989 with a sleek modern
exterior and interior. The new owners, however, envisioned a traditional
style interior fit-out replicating the antique furniture and beautiful
paintings in their home environment, so the entire interior was
ripped out. Ardeo Design was hired by the owners to design and produce
the interior architecture and lighting/ electrical plans drawing
package, and consult on the exterior design.. The resulting
interior, beautifully crafted by Belina Interiors, features rich
raised mahogany paneling throughout, traditional teak soles, and
exquisite marble vanities, showers, and soles in the Baths. |
